On June 7, at about 10:00 PM EDT, we noticed an issue with our server pl8, which powers *.2, *.5, *.6, and *.8.projectlocker.com. Over the next two hours we repaired the issue, but part of the repair process led to a reset of our host keys. You may be presented with the warning message that looks like:

Recent Billing Mails and Receipts- Questions

We recently identified an issue with how receipts and payment update notifications were getting processed. This did not affect how charges were run but it did affect whether and how you were notified, as well as whether a receipt was generated.

If you have any questions at all about the status of your account, just give us a shout at support [at] projectlocker and we'll check the status for you and make sure everything on the billing front is as it should be.

Emergency Maintenance on pl3.projectlocker.com - Status

We are aware of an issue on pl3.projectlocker.com. This affects all users whose server name ends in 3. We are researching the issue and attempting to bring the server back online. Updates are included in this blog in reverse chronological order.

The RAID battery that was faulty has been replaced and the server is back online. We will be reviewing the diagnostic results as soon as we receive them to see if another maintenance window is required. You should have access to services at this time.
